About the Course
At Cat5 Jiu-Jitsu Association, we are deeply committed to empowering women through practical, effective, and confidence-building self-defense training. Our Women’s Self-Defense Program is designed to help women of all ages and backgrounds feel strong, capable, and in control of their personal safety. By focusing on technique, leverage, and timing; rather than size or strength. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gives women the tools to defend themselves against larger, stronger opponents. Through consistent training, women develop not only physical skills but also a powerful sense of awareness, resilience, and mental clarity that extends far beyond the gym.
